About 70 years ago, the master Vito Pompilio bought this land of 12000 square meters,
on which there were already trulli and lamia (typical Apulian dwellings)
and only later in the 60s, was built the beautiful patronal villa,
first project of his son Eng. Giuseppe, making the structure even more imposing,
with its almost 300 square meters!
Their beauty, was then renewed with care and love by his grandson Ing.Vito,
who took care of the renovation, bringing this little gem back to its old splendor!
Today after 4 generations, grandchildren Giuseppe and Martina carry on with love and dedication, this family project that we want to share with you.

The recently renovated Villa,
particular for its unusual Emme shape on the front, has spacious interiors, furnished in a refined modern style and romantic little balconies overlooking the private garden,
that will allow you to admire the surrounding nature. You will be enchanted!
You will be able to stay in the characteristic Apulian trulli, typical local dwellings with conical roofs, built entirely of stone by trulli masters, furnished in shabby chic style, where every corner has been made the most of to offer you total comfort. The peculiarity? Cool precisely because of the stone they are made of.
You will be bewitched by their charm!
The Lamia, is an ancient rural building typical of the area, always built of stone, but unlike the trulli has a square plan structure. Furnished with taste, refinement and full of details that enhance its natural beauty.

A dip in the pool, is ideal for cooling off from the summer heat, sipping a cocktail and chatting with friends. At night, the view of this enchanted place, is even more impressive!

Departure early in the morning at 7:30 a.m.,
we will spend a few hours among the endless fields of centuries-old olive trees in the company of the farmers and ordinary people who harvest the olives, which will then later be transported to the oil mills, where "cold" pressing has always been carried out.A unique oil is obtained for its qualities and a most precious asset of this land. We will assist not only passively but we can collaborate, knowing more deeply, this very ancient tradition, among the pillars of our culture.
